As a Bay Area native, I am passionate about diversity and work environments that demand inclusion and equity.  I have over 19 years of experience leading change with people, processes and technologies that fuel engaging workforce cultures.  Having worked with large global tech companies like Intuit, Inc. and Varian Medical Systems as well as small startups like Wisk Aero, I recognize the influence workforce culture has on actual business results.  My skills in trust building, collaboration, design thinking and strategic alignment help me get to the root of what needs to be improved in your culture, develop an actionable plan, and design resources that drive change forward.

 

Certifications in Brain Based Coaching (NLI) and Diversity & Inclusion for HR (Cornell Online University) inspire me to take a human centric approach to engaging the workforce and embracing change as an opportunity.  I meet people where they are and inspire them with a compelling vision of what is possible.
